Getting Ready at Sage Lodge

The day began with Skylar and her bridesmaids getting ready at the spa inside Sage Lodge. Surrounded by laughter and excitement, the ladies enjoyed a relaxed morning before slipping into their gowns. Meanwhile, Erik and his groomsmen prepared in the Beartooth Room, sharing laughs and anticipation for the ceremony ahead.

A Ceremony with Mountain Views

At 4:00 PM, guests gathered at Sage Lodge’s ceremony field, framed by sweeping views of Montana’s wilderness. Skylar made her way down the aisle with her father, where she and Erik exchanged vows surrounded by loved ones. The Stillwater Strings Quartet set the perfect tone as the couple said “I do.”

Cocktail Hour and Dinner Reception

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails while family photos were taken and Skylar and Erik signed their marriage certificate. Dinner service began at 6:00 PM, with heartfelt prayers and welcome toasts from both fathers.

Sweet Celebrations

After dinner, the couple cut into their cake by Elles Belles Bakery before sharing their first dance. With the sun setting over the Montana mountains, Skylar and Erik slipped away for romantic golden-hour portraits before rejoining guests to hand out tambourines and kick off the party.

An Unforgettable Evening

The night was filled with dancing, laughter, and special touches — from espresso martini shots to late-night pizza boxes. Their joyful send-off marked the perfect end to a wedding day that beautifully blended love, family, and celebration.
